At Frenchy Cosmetics we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping domestically across Netherlands for all orders over €65. We also ship to Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
For international orders, we offer free Standard shipping for all orders over €65. Express shipping options are also available, with estimated delivery times varying by location.

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse and include tracking from shipment to delivery. Please note that for pre-orders, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, but this will be clearly indicated.
We take care to use sustainable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transport. Frenchy is not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses. We will do our best to help track down a missing package and ensure it is delivered to you on time.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees and refunds for shipping costs in case of delayed shipping due to product availability.
